摘要
In case of four-part fractures of the proximal humerus, the treatment of choice is an hemiarthroplasty. However, only few studies describe the evolution of the glenoid pressure and the long-term evolution of the prosthesis-bone interface and the bone stress. The goal of this study is to develop a three-dimensional model of the shoulder by which we can compare the bone stress distribution and the glenohumeral pressure before and after hemiarthroplasty.
