Andean Community Law and Internal Law: Some coordination proposals

In response to the configuration of the Andean integration process in the Colombian State, through this manuscript we wanted to contextualize the role of Andean Community Law in the Colombian legal system, taking into account that although the 1991 Political Charter provides for the possibility for the Colombian State to configure integration processes and as a result, the obligation to submit to the corresponding Community Law, this submission is not evidenced in the framework of the Andean Law of Integration or Community Law. Thus, following the theoretical research method and under a qualitative approach, the legal nature of the Andean Community Law system itself is described, trying to explain some proposals so that Colombian Internal Law can be coupled with the Andean Law of Integration or Community Law.
