摘要：
Our patients had many risk factors placing her historically at high risk for death. We believe that aggressive and extensive debridement contributed significantly to her survival. With the current availability of free tissue transfer to reconstruct difficult defects, through debridement should be performed as appropriate. We present the second known case of free flap reconstruction after cervicofacial necrotizing fasciitis.
