摘要
Based on the principle of "4M1E" in management, the article first built a reasonable evaluation index system of construction safety management of high-rise buildings, and then put forward a grey hierarchy evaluation model using the combination of the AHP method and the grey appraisal theory. The results of case verification show that this method can assign the importance priority sequence of safety management measures, and reduce the subjectivity of evaluation, which is significant for the improvement of safety level in the future.
