摘要
Nowadays the problem of efficient control in energy complexes of industrial enterprises and utilities sector is very important. The article represents the structure of the software and hardware complex for efficient energy consumption control based on the distributed conservation power plant concept. To implement the functions of controlling planning, long-term and short-term forecasting as well as energy consumption control with the use of the data intelligent analysis, a model predictive control module is distinguished within the software and hardware complex. To ensure controllability and observability of the processes, program models of controlled object are applied, which are subject to continuous online updating along with the real controlled object base on the procedure of continuous parameter identification according to the current actual operating data. Furthermore, the problem of optimization of controlling effects according to the technical and economic indicators is solved at each control cycle. The article adduces an example for solving the problem of operating parameters clustering of blast furnace smelting within the effective cluster based on the developed software module. The developed module represents an open software environment for interpretation and execution of the programs source code written in the R programming language.
