The arrival of information and communication technologies favored academic and professional development with e-learning in medicine. The technological tool has promoted a more active participation of students and medical professionals in training processes under the modality of distance education, online, not online and mixed. The integration of interactive content, virtual reality, video-conferences, digital content, the use of flipped classroom teachings and access to technological resources and the integration of teachings have managed to develop the health professional in the current situation of COVID-19 presented by various countries. Graduates in undergraduate and graduate degrees have shared the experiences of the knowledge obtained in medicine through e-learning and what success factors have been witnessed. From the modeling and analysis of the success factors, it is intended to obtain which groups of factors positively affect the development of health professionals with the use of cognitive maps.
