摘要
This paper presents a simplified space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) method for multilevel converters based on a line voltages coordinate system. In the proposed SVPWM technique, the solution of the working space vectors and their dwelling time are simplified. In order to flexibly obtain different switching sequences, the nearest-level modulation (NLM) principle is applied. Hence, only one of three wording space vectors needs to be detected. The proposed algorithm is independent of level numbers and the generated redundant switching sequences can be used to improve the potential performance of multilevel converters. It is flexible, fast and finally verify by simulation and experimental results.
