The engineering of organization and the jazz music, two products of century XX

This article deals with an approach to the Engineering of Organization from one more a slope more cultural than technical. The search specifies through the history of elements of connection between the jazz and the Engineering of Organization has allowed to generate ideas with respect to the learning and the innovation that have been of utility to give explanation to present expositions of Education and the Investigation in the Spanish University that can serve as reflection for the disciplines there are taught.
