摘要：
We have achieved the lowest propagation loss of 1.3 dB/cm in a quasi-phase-matched GaAs/AlGaAs waveguide by optimizing MBE growth temperature. An expected normalized conversion efficiency of the waveguide will exceed that of a PPLN waveguide. (c) 2013 Optical Society of America
