摘要
Presented paper demonstrates the benefits of carbon-nanotube modified electrode for electroanalytical application such as organic compounds detection. Glassy carbon electrodes were modified by randomly dispersing multiwall carbon-nanotubes over their surface. This was accomplished by placing a drop of nanotube water/surfactant Suspension on the electrode surface. The advantage of these electrodes is demonstrated using the detection of thiol compounds which is based on the oxidation of the -SH functional group. The investigated compounds (cysteine and gluthatione) were detected amperometrically in plant extracts after chromatographic separation in a flow system.
