A CONNECTION BETWEEN CORPORATE CULTURE AND EMPLOYEE COMMITMENT TO THE ORGANIZATION: A CASE STUDY SAIGONTOURIST IN VIETNAM

摘要
The study aimed to measure the impact of cultural factors to the organization's commitment to employee organizations and the relationship between these factors. The analytical results on sample surveys, with 286 employees working within Saigontourist Company in HCM City showed that five factors influence company culture positive and statistically significant to the organization associated with of employees in the organization's communication (beta= 0.350); Training and Development (beta= 0.129); Reward and recognition (beta= 0.318); Teamwork (beta= 0.169). Finally, the author presents implications for the study of business management and proposes further research.
