摘要
This paper presents recommendations for accessibility to e-commerce websites from a systematic literature review. Five scientific articles were analyzed based on three criteria, namely: (1) scientific studies with the main theme related to accessibility in e-commerce pages, preferably studies conducted through user test; (2) scientific papers published from 2014 and 2020 and (3) texts with relevance to the scientific community, considering the citation number indicators from Scopus and Google Scholar. The objective was to identify accessibility recommendations that can be adopted on e-commerce sites. The research is classified as qualitative, exploratory and bibliographic. To retrieve studies on accessibility for e-commerce, advanced searches were carried out in the databases, using the terms "accessibility" and "e-commerce". Twenty-four recommendations were identified that refer to the content language, audiovisual elements, navigation and home page, search tool and information about the products available for offer in electronic commerce. It was noticed that users who depend on assistive technologies for the use of the web have difficulties that are specifically associated with the context of electronic commerce, making access impossible, as well as the interpretation of information essential to the purchase of products in the online modality. Finally, the study contributed to listing web accessibility recommendations for electronic commerce and, consequently, reinforcing discussions that make the virtual commerce space more inclusive, so that people with blindness have better browsing experiences on e-commerce.
