摘要
We have studied temperature dependence of the switching field in bistable amorphous and nanocrystalline FeMoBCu microwires with low Curie temperature. Using a low Curie temperature of amorphous matrix, a huge variation of the switching field (over 400%) in a quite narrow temperature range (20 degrees C-150 degrees C) has been obtained. Such a variation is attributed to superparamagnetic behavior of separated crystalline grains in the early stage of nanocrystallization.
