A tool to support the configuration of work teams

摘要
One of the initial steps of an industrial project is the configuration of the team(s) that will execute it. The correct selection of people to integrate a team within a complex engineering project is not a trivial task. Team configuration is a type of Business Decision-Making typically done by one person (a manager) based on his/her past experience and the available information about the behaviour and interaction between the potential team members. In this work we propose a tool that provides information about the possible overall behaviour of a work team. This tool uses Artificial Intelligence techniques, specifically, Multi-Agent Systems (MAS) technology. We present the first results obtained with this prototype tool and discuss some future developments to improve them.
