Development of Adequate Computational Mathematical Models of Cogeneration Steam Turbines for Solving Problems of Optimization of Operating Modes of CHP Plants

摘要
This article presents the technique of computational mathematical models of cogeneration steam turbines. It is based on their physical principles and takes into account the thermal schemes topology as well as real verified volumetric flow rate and power characteristics of the compartments throughout the possible range of stationary variable modes. To solve the system of nonlinear equations of material and energy balances of large dimension with a modified Newton's numerical method, we use techniques that have greatly improved the convergence and increase of area of permissible initial approximation. The article includes examples of verification of the developed models. The authors also review the usage of these models for solving the tasks of increasing the CHP plants efficiency in terms of real boundary conditions and efficiency criteria.
