The synthesis and reduction of solid solutions with spinel structures in the system CuFe2O4-Cu0.5Fe2.5O4-CoFe2O4

摘要
A diagram of phase equilibria in the system CuFe2O4-Cu0.5Fe2.5O4-CoFe2O4 in air was constructed and the composition dependences of system properties at the temperature boundaries of the homogeneity region of spinel solid solutions and crystal chemical transformations accompanying their reduction were studied. An analytic equation relating the equilibrium oxygen pressure over solutions to the composition and temperature at the low-oxygen boundary of the homogeneity region was obtained. The equation enables purposeful synthesis of single-phase solutions to be performed.
