摘要
Development of a novel gas sensor based on microwave broadband detection. We present the development of an original method of gas detection. Our sensor is composed of a sensitive material introduced into a coaxial structure. An electromagnetic field (microwave), sent out through the sensor by a vectorial network analyzer, solicits the sensitive material exposed to a gas. The observed variation of the sensor response is due to the variation of the adsorption of this gas. The study shows that the sensor with SrTiO3 is quantitative and selective to three different gases (water, ethanol, toluene).
