摘要：

The technical and economic problems involved in setting up parallel operation of the Integrated Power System (IPS) of the Trans-Caucasus region with the power pool of Turkey are considered in a project to establish a power pool of the countries of the Black and Caspian sea basins. Optimization of the circuits and operating conditions of the electrical networks of the Trans-Caucasus IFS are considered to provide scope for the export of electric power from the power pool to Turkey, Versions of parallel operation at various stages of the development are proposed.
