摘要
This paper outlines the study conducted on the effect of dehydrated cement paste (DCP) addition on cementitious characteristics of cement at an early stage The DCP was prepared firstly Then, the DCP was added Into the cement system to replace parts of cement with the mass portion of 5%, 7 5% 10%, 12 5% 15%, 17 5%, 20%, 22 5% and 25% respectively The cementitious characteristics of each group were then evaluated by the required water of standard consistency, setting time and compressive strength development Techniques of thermo gravimetric-differential scanning calorimetry (TG DSC), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were used to identify the hydration process of DCP/cement systems at the early stage The results obtained reveal that with the increase of the content of DCP, the DCP/cement systems have high required water of standard consistency and short setting time When the content of DCP reaches 10% approximately, the hydration of cement can be accelerated in the largest extent and the strength contribution percent in theory (TSC) of DCP for Id will reaches the maximum
