摘要
In order to cope with the problem of photovoltaic and wind power consumption, demand response resource is introduced in the power spot market, and the effect of the demand side in the power spot market is increased through price signals and incentive mechanisms. The demand response resources maintain a balance between power supply and demand through participating in the real-time dispatch of the power grid through the power spot market. However, changes of renewable energy output and load have caused the grid power flow and node voltage to face the risk of exceeding the limit, so network security constraints have become a key factor restricting the consumption of renewable energy. First, analyze the relationship between supply and demand bidding costs and interactive response volume based on the power spot market. Secondly, considering network security constraints and supply and demand constraints, with the goal of minimizing the total power purchase cost on the grid side, a real-time optimal dispatch model is established to ensure the saftyof the operation of the power grid.
