摘要：
The arguments in favor and against considering computer science as science or not are discussed. Computer science is the science of information processes and their interactions with the world. The discipline of computing is the systematic study of algorithmic processes that describe and transform information, their theory, analysis, design, efficiency, implementation and application. Computer scientists do not agree whether computer science is science.
