摘要：
Revaluation of RMB and the influx of international hot money into real estate industry have exacerbated bubble in the real estate market, and high price of property is disadvantageous for Chinese economic development. Firstly, this paper analyzed the causes which led to hot money entering into the real estate industry and the ways through which hot money entered the real estate industry. Secondly, through analyzing the sources of funding in the Beijing and Shanghai's real estate market, we forecasted the entering of international hot money and it's impact on Chinese real estate industry. Finally, the article putted forward some measures to regulate international hot money.
