An improved Aitken extrapolation in hyperlink-based ranking

摘要：
Aitken extrapolation is an effective algorithm to reduce iterative times in PageRank, but it can not converge in many conditions. To make up the deficiency, an improved algorithm is introduced in this paper. Instead of calling frequently in the original, the improved calls Aitken transformation only once in proper occasion. Both theoretical analysis and experiment results show that the improved not only overcomes the instability of Aitken extrapolation, but also reduces iterative times than the Power Method does.
