Enterprise fabrication integration and collaborative commerce system: A case study

Global expansion and fast response in market cannot be simply achieved by computer automation without considering systematic integration. The manufacturing enterprises needs an integrated platform and coordinated commercial support platform to improve its overall productivity, flexibility, competitiveness and the ability in emergency management. This paper presents an e-commerce project at Xuzhou Cigarettes Factory with the Jiangsu cigarette industrial group. We introduced the current information-based situation of the Xuzhou Cigarettes Factory with Jiangsu cigarette industrial group. We then identified the key problems and bottlenecks in the enter prise's management, and proposed a solution for the enterprises' manufacturing integration and collaborative commerce. Our solution could be transferred and used for information construction in manufacturing enterprises.
