摘要
This research paper presents some theoretical and practical aspects related to the implementation of IT environments active actions for developing continuous educational training skills of students using e-learning platforms. Education based on active teaching strategies is considered as an extension of e-learning assisted procedures, which integrated with various forms of virtual communication allow a better perception, storage and correlation of information acquired in the educational process. Learning tools, along with the ways of communication but also the exponents of actions, represent the complexity of the e-learning type educational process. In order to improve these educational activities, this work presents in the second part some ways of introducing professional characters in the context of e-learning like e-tutor as an expert in helping students in their activities of cooperative e-learning. The application of this strategy is implemented on a group of master students in order to involve them in both communication/learning and management actions of the knowledge acquired from professional specific disciplines. Using mechanisms in e-tutor category is beneficial to educational activities allowing the permanent contact of the instructor with the target group, a flexible and varied contact that leads to an increased connection speed of the students to specialized information, to off-line or on-line synchronization in order to increase performance and competitiveness in students' training, but also the intercommunication in common workspace. In the final part of the paper results and observations obtained from the analysis of strategies developed and applied to the group of master students are presented.
