Analysis of safety culture on the example of selected Polish production enterprises

摘要：
The aim of the article is to analyze the safety culture reflecting promoted standards, values and attitudes towards safety. The research was performed in 2013-2015 among 10 Polish enterprises with the use of KB-Z questionnaire made by Malgorzata Milczarek. 715 persons (186 females and 529 males) were interviewed. The research demonstrates significant diversity of the studied enterprises in particular aspects of safety culture as well as in terms of its general rate.
