摘要：

Voice control has been widely used in many areas for people to bring a good experience. English network teaching system developed rapidly in recent years,students can focus on learning and using English to achieve better learning results by voice control. This article describes the english teaching system based on smart client and the voice control in the teaching system, in order to provide useful experience for the English teaching system development and reform.
