Bending-twisting vibration control of a plate using piezoelectric film

摘要
The active vibration control of a plate with piezoelectric sensor and actuator is studied. The dynamic response of the plate is solved by means of the finite element method, in which quadrilateral plate-bending element is used. Since the system may give rise to spill-over due to model errors, the modal analysis and mu-synthesis with robustness are used to suppress the bending-twisting vibration of the cantilever plate. The effectiveness of this method is verified by the results of both simulation and experiment.
