摘要：
On the basis of analyzing the fundamental application processes of KM in manufacturing enterprise, some issues on KM in manufacturing enterprise are researched. Through analyzing knowledge requirements and solutions in manufacturing enterprise and the relations between organizational knowledge and individual knowledge, six KM strategies are presented this paper. They are knowledge deposition strategy, knowledge protection strategy, knowledge transfer strategy, knowledge sharing strategy, knowledge innovation strategy and knowledge incentive strategy. These strategies are all effective and availability for most manufacturing enterprises to implement KM. The research is based on the KM project of an aviation manufacturing enterprise in China, and the research result is universal and applicable for manufacturing industry, especially for aviation manufacturing enterprise.
