Media competences and skills for web-based knowledge transfer in blended learning

摘要
The competences and skills of the humans are essential for their success in the professional life cycle. There are the classic kinds of competences classified into professional, social as well as decision and application competences. They are completed by additional competences dealing with special abilities for using new methods, means, and technologies. Especially competences and skills for applying communication, media presentation, intercultural team work, computer and internet technology are required in the open and global network processes. Especially the web.-based knowledge transfer depends on the media competences of the human beeings. Its application is one of the main advantages for more effiency by new forms of education such as blended learning. Therefore the learners and teachers need media competences and related skills in the basics of informatics, digital media application as well as media sciences. The competences and skills are generated by knowledge transfer form the experts to the learners in framework of blended learning based on web-based training programs including special web-based contents.
