COMMISSION OF VARIOUS CRIMES AND SUPERVISED RELEASE: ANALYSIS IN SEXUAL CRIMES AND CRIMES AGAINST LIFE

This paper studies one of the most controversial issues in the field of probation: the imposition on the same subject and in the same criminal procedure of several probation measures for the commission of a plurality of crimes. This study is carried out in the area of crimes against sexual freedom and crimes against life. As we know, in the first block of criminal figures, the model for imposing the measure is the one established by the L.O. 5/2010 and in the second block the model differs (it is the one established according to L.O. 1/2015). In this paper we will address the various issues that arise with the imposition of various measures in both models, the different consequences that are generated in each one, the jurisprudential solutions offered so far, as well as our personal position on the matter.
