摘要
Today all organizations are under clear challenge to shift their organizational culture attitudes to remain knowledge focused, However, this is more important for governmental organizations where Knowledge Management (KM) maturity is not well understood. This research draws upon different work relevant to KM maturity to facilitate establishment of a model that would be based on the development of KM Enablers as reflected in the organizational status towards organizational competitiveness. A questionnaire of 107 Top and upper middle Managers from 61 Government Organisations, was analysed where the results of KM Maturity reflected the need for further empirical studies to investigate what are the other constructs of the KM maturity that would make a difference in correlation towards governmental organization competitiveness.
