摘要
Compared to other products, fresh agricultural products (FAP) requires more complicated logistics process because such products tend to have nonstandard quality and higher requirements on delivery time, quality and freshness. Therefore, attention to details and efficiency, and application of best practice, technology and facility are necessary for completing the entire logistics process. Based on a study of the case of Dongguan Kangyi Vegetable Co., Ltd., this article elaborates on the characteristics of the FAP logistics industry, studies the logistics mode for FAP on the basis of existing problems and aims to build a modern FAP logistics management system by applying modern technology and ways of thinking, through the FAP logistics providers continuous efforts and innovation, they have improved the efficiency in order to enhance the quality of the products.
