摘要
This paper introduces an innovative approach towards Digital Product-Service-Systems that need to be addressed in building a sustainable future. As such, it serves as a foundation for more in-depth studies. The research attempts to present a usable guideline for small and medium-sized companies in order to complement product service systems with digital services. By applying the guideline developed within the research activity, companies shall be able to increase the value of their PSS offering and therefore creating a sustainable competitive advantage for their business solutions. It also highlights the interdependence of sustainability issues and the emergence of Product-Service-Systems.
