摘要
The magnetization of a kappa-(BEDT-TTF)(2)Cu[N(CN)(2)]Br single crystal has been studied as a function of the cooling rate and for different annealing temperatures. It is found that the cooling rate in the temperature region 70-90 K determines both the penetration depth, or the superconducting volume fraction, and the transition temperature. The variation observed for the latter parameter at low concentrations of defects is stronger than expected for a scattering mechanism by non-magnetic defects in a conventional superconductor.
