STUDY ON CORRELATION BETWEEN KNOWLEDGE SHARING AND CREATIVITY IN ECOLOGICAL INDUSTRY BASED ON ORGANISATIONAL CLIMATE

摘要
The eco-industry seeks efficient use of resources and zero emissions of hazardous waste to the outside of the system. So, the ecological industry is more dependent on employee knowledge interaction and continuous learning effectiveness. This paper is mainly aimed at the eco-industry employees in Shanghai as empirical evidence. A total of 480 questionnaires were sent and 342 valid questionnaires were collected, with a recovery rate of 71%. The results of this paper show that: (1) There is a positive relationship between organisational climate and knowledge sharing; (2) There is a positive relationship between knowledge sharing and creativity; (3) There is a positive relationship between organisational climate and creativity. Finally, suggestions have been made based on the results for the purpose of improving China eco-industry as a creative organisation that can produce products and plans that are different from other competitors, and then further generating its competitive advantage and improving organisational performance.
