Rural women are involved in an important force in new countryside construction, and the main participant of grassroots democracy participate and in management of social affairs in rural areas. But village women human resources in terms of overall quality of the development trend, are not meet the requirements of new countryside construction. In this paper, the research object is to promote the development and utilization about the countryside women's human resources. It propose by the corresponding level, such as from the women themselves, the government and human resources, women's federations at various levels and means for supporting a specific operational measures, and to promote the rural women's human resources development, and further accelerate the current pace of in building the new new countryside construction.
