摘要：
Arunachalin, a precursor of beta-oriented C-7 oxygen function in the protolimonoid series has been isolated from mature root wood of Chisocheton paniculatus Hiern (fam. Meliaceae). Structure of the new compound has been established by spectral data and comparing with known related compound.
