Winona gets wired: Technical difficulties in the home

U.S. WEST Advanced Technologies documented the experiences and attitudes of 50 families that belong to The Virtual School (TVS), an educational project that links 500 families whose children attend parochial schools in Winona. The data gathered provide insights on the technical support strategies that must be adopted to ensure a wide and democratic access to the Internet.
