摘要
During the Copenhagen Climate Conference in the end of 2009, Chinese Government proposed the emission reduction targets of carbon dioxide emissions per unit of GDP decreasing to 40 to 45 percent compared to 2005 by 2020. The proposed quantitative targets will be decomposed to three energy fields, namely, industry, construction and transport. In the future, the construction sector will be the most important area for energy conservation, which requires the building area to make a positive response to our national emission reduction targets by energy saving and carry out research and analysis on ongoing work and adjust and quantify building energy saving work. By reviewing the development history of China's building energy efficiency, this paper will focus on relevant policies, work priorities and achievements during the 11th Five-year period and makes analysis on the trend of China's future building energy consumption. Based on these studies, suggestions will be made for future building energy saving policies in China.
