摘要
Climate change is global issue. The accelerated rate of climate change poses an environmental reality that no nation can afford to ignore. Globalization processes as inevitable historic and objective phenomena, the driving force of society's development and progress. It is emphasized that these processes result in harmful effects of global character on the environment, climate change and society. This research paper will broadly focus on the link between globalization and climate change, and it will specifically focus on how globalization impacts climate change. This research is an attempt to bridge the gap between the two by linking them together and discussing topics such as how they are connected, and how this affects human beings , and what that means and entails for us and our planet. It will provide a variety of demonstrations, and examples regarding the topic, but, with that being said, this paper only covers the tip of the iceberg when it comes to this topic seeing as there are many schools of thought and studies surrounding it. Researchers also analyze certain problematic aspects related to climate change and integrated prevention and control of climate pollution which are regulated under the new integrated institute of environmental protection under the environmental protection law. The researchers argues that one of the main legal instruments for limiting and neutralizing the harmful effect of climate change on the environment and society is the globally integrated system of environmental legal regulation. It is suggested to improve the main law on environmental protection and adopt new laws on climate change as well as develop an integrated system of the global environmental law.
