摘要：

Land reclamation is an important mean to restore the destroyed land in mine area. Furthermore, monitoring the process of land reclamation is one of indexes of environment quality. To accomplish monitoring successfully, it is necessary to setup an entire system from local to country. The monitoring contents consist of original land surface pre-mining, changes of land mining process arose, land reclamation project, et. al.. The monitoring system includes 1) collecting and processing of remote sensed data; 2) data saving and management; 3) analysis and application; 4) virtual reality; 5) Land Suitability Evaluation; 6) ecological Tourism Planning etc. (C) 2011 Published by Elsevier Ltd.
