Anomalous magnetic relaxation in rapidly quenched Nd-Fe-B ribbons

摘要
Magnetic relaxation ( magnetic viscosity) experiments were conducted in nanocrystalline single and two-phase NdFeB melt spun ribbons. On hysteresis loops, at applied demagnetizing fields at some degree lager than H-c, an anomalous non-monotonic variation M(t) has been found for all investigated samples either with exchange coupled or decoupled grains. On recoil curves, the same non-monotonic variation of the magnetization has been found in the case of suppressed fields lower than H-c. (C) 2003 Elsevier B. V. All rights reserved.
