摘要：

Good administration, envisaged as a principle and as a right, is a guarantee imposing qualitative parameters for the exercise of public power, so it will respect citizens' rights. The contours of this institution are studied in the book The citizen and the public power: The principle and right to good governance and good administration, by Professor Rodriguez-Arana. His work starts with a multidisciplinary view of social reality, upon which every administrative action must be formed. This book review examines the implications of good administration for the rule of law.
