摘要
This paper addresses the scheduling of crude oil considering two different uses of naphtha to build mathematical model. As different aromatic potential content of naphtha is required by reforming process and ethylene process, the individual transportation and storage of crude oil is determined from storage tanks to charging tanks. The purpose is just to prepare reforming naphtha program and ethylene naphtha program for crude distillation unit effectively, which is called naphtha-scheduling rule. We use MILP (mixed-integer linear program) and multiperiod techniques to build this model. The scheduling model of mixed transportation of crude oil in this paper was applied to 6 different types of international crude oil and 6 time intervals, which involve the first transfer from storage tanks to charging tanks in order to largely ensure the quality of mixed oil in pipeline from storage tanks to charging tanks and the average quality of total amount of oil in storage tanks at the end of the last time interval.
