Research on the Application of Flipped Classroom in College Physical Education

Nowadays, with the deepening of the new curriculum reform, the teaching level of physical education in our country has also been improved obviously. College physical educators can fully understand the importance of the development of physical education, and they go deep into the college to investigate students' hobbies and learning needs, thus to make appropriate rectification to the original physical teaching mode. Through the application of flipped classroom teaching mode in college physical education curriculum, on the one hand, it can improve the positive interaction between teachers and students; on the other hand, it can make the teaching atmosphere of physical education curriculum more harmonious. Based on this, the author combined with his own experience and put forward a few feasible teaching recommendations, including the production of high-quality network video before the class, scientific set of learning task and the increase of the exhibition and evaluation of the flipped classroom, etc., hoped to play the role of initiate.
