摘要：
Since the city of Chongqing became China's fourth municipality directly under the central government in 1997, Chongqing municipality has made great progress in investment climate over the past decade. Based on the statistics data, this paper introduces the achievements the city has obtained on the investment climate over the past ten years, analyzes the existing main problems and puts forward the corresponding solutions so as to further improve the investment environment in Chongqing from six main aspects, which influence urban investment climate, of Eco-climate, economic climate, infrastructure climate, labor force climate, policies climate, and social service climate.
