Under Integration of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region, the Role of Teacher in University Social Service Orientation

At present, the functional role of teachers in university is not limited to traditional scientific creativity and talent training with steady development of China and the establishment of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration pattern, but also committed to scientific and technological achievements, to achieve knowledge and national and effective docking of social development. This article attempts to explain the social services for teachers in university, current status and problems of teachers' participation in social services from a multidimensional perspective. It strives to achieve the maximum benefit of public role of teachers, strengthen inclusion of teacher and society, enhance ability of teachers to raise awareness and realistic recommendations of social services.
