The acting of the IACHR on legal but recent pluralism is rich and profound in discussions, definitions, guardianship actions that involve a group of mentalities that reflect the way pluralism is understood, managed, and built. This article discusses the ideological evolution and philosophical -political foundations nf the Court's jurisprudence on legal pluralisin.
