摘要：
Research and practice of entrepreneurship was first raised in the United States. At present, theories of entrepreneurship research and practice at home and abroad have developed to a mature stage and related research results are fruitful. In this paper, the author studies the theories and practice from aspects of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial ability, and entrepreneurial performance, so that he can sum up the forming elements of entrepreneurial success on social mechanism, and the research results will provide theoretical support for the later research.
